If it has been distilled or pasteurized (both kill all the natural enzymes, minerals and nutrients) - if it is clear - if it has no ‘Mother’ (the strand-like substances in the bottom of the bottle), then it is Nutritionally Useless!
Raw and unfiltered means that it contains ‘the mother’, which “occurs naturally as connected strand-like chains of protein enzyme molecules and is highly regarded throughout history”.
No preservatives, made from organic apples, gluten free, and made in the USA!
Raw Organic Apple Cider is about my most Favorite Alternative Remedy, and can be found in most health food stores, online at their web site, I have even found it at Walmart, or you can find it here.
How to use:
According to Bragg:
Take up to 3x day. 1 to 2 tsps Raw Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz glass of purified water. Optional: Add 1-2 tsps organic honey - maple syrup - blackstrap molasses - or 4 drops of Stevia.
Personally, since I AM Alternative (!) - and I am bad with Any kind of recipe! :
I have a 16 oz jar (glass is always better than plastic!) and I put in a few big spoonfuls of honey (local and raw!), an ounce or two of Braggs ACV, shake well to mix the honey with the vinegar, then I fill the jar with some Good filtered water, and shake to mix it all up. I sip on this all day. Love It!
Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar can be refrigerated or not. Mix ingredients to taste.
(I just saw on the Bragg website, that they already have pre-mixed honey and Apple Cider Vinegar, along with other yummy sounding flavors!)
